What AI tools does Plux Labs use?
By Harish P, founder of Plux Labs · Updated · 2 min read
Short answer
Plux Labs builds with Claude Code and Codex for automations and custom agents, and connects assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Grok Bot to business tools through MCP. Data comes from Clay, Apollo, Apify and Firecrawl, outreach runs through Instantly, Supabase is the database and Lovable builds the front-ends. For creative, Higgsfield, FLUX and kie.ai generate AI images and video. Tools are chosen per job, and the client owns every account.
Build and automate
- •Claude Code: Anthropic's coding agent, used to build custom agents, scrapers and automations quickly, with readable code that gets handed over.
- •Codex: OpenAI's coding agent, used alongside Claude Code to build, review and test automations.
- •Grok Bot: always-on AI agents that work in the background on recurring jobs such as research and monitoring.
- •Claude, ChatGPT and Grok via MCP: assistants connected to your tools, so your team can ask questions of live data and draft work in plain English.
Data, prospecting and outreach
- •Clay: enriches leads by checking many data providers in turn and runs AI research on each company, so outreach starts from real context.
- •Apollo: a large B2B database for finding the right people at the right companies.
- •Apify: ready-made scrapers for sites such as Google Maps, job boards and social platforms, used to spot buying signals.
- •Firecrawl: turns any website into clean, AI-ready text, used to research a prospect before anyone writes to them.
- •Instantly: sends cold email from warmed-up inboxes. Every campaign starts as a draft a person approves.
Databases and apps
- •Supabase: a Postgres database with built-in security, where leads, signals and performance data are stored so the history can be queried instead of lost in spreadsheets.
- •Lovable: builds front-ends such as dashboards, internal tools and websites, including this one.
Creative and AI video
- •Higgsfield: an AI creative suite with dozens of video and image models, plus character consistency and ad tools.
- •FLUX: Black Forest Labs' models for image and video generation, used for on-brand visuals and ad variations.
- •kie.ai: one API for many video, image and music models, such as Veo, Kling and Seedance, so a creative pipeline can switch models without being rebuilt.
How tools are chosen
The tool is never the point. We start from the job, use what you already pay for where it does that job well, and only add something new when there is a clear gap. Every account sits in your name, so you keep the system and the data whatever happens.
