What we collect

When you use our contact form we store the details you enter (such as your name, email, company and message) so we can reply to you. We don't sell this information.

Meta (Facebook) pixel

We use the Meta pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful. When it's active, it sends Meta the pages you visit on this site, the fact that you sent an enquiry (not what you wrote), and technical details such as your browser, IP address and Meta cookies.

Visitors in the UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland are asked first, and the pixel stays off unless you click Accept. Elsewhere it is on by default and you can switch it off at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to switch the pixel off, wherever you are. Your choice is saved in your browser together with the date and the version of the notice you saw.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us through the contact page. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
